New Open Matches for Spring

Saturdays: Starting Saturday 18th of April, Redwood Park will be hosting a regular Open Match every Saturday.

Wednesdays: From Wednesday 13th of May until 19th August, there will be 15 open matches that will have an overall prize based on best 8 results of the 15 matches. Draw will be at 17:00, Fish 18:00 - 21:00. Sweep is £10.

2009 Developments - a new lake, more parking and the best fishing year yet

At the end of 2008, we completed the groundwork for the newest lake at Redwood Park - the Canal. The Canal is 350m long and will have 50 well-spaced pegs. We plan to open the lake in late 2009.

Over the winter we completed an additional car park near the Arc Lake for added convenience. It is open now and ready for use.

Over the last few months, we have been stocking the lakes like crazy getting ready for an ever better fishing year in 2009 than last year. Our continued stocking program throughout the winter months has included a large stock of skimmers throughout the lakes and a good number of bonus Carp to well into the double figures. So dust off your gear - its time to fish!

Winter League Match Dates Updated
Due to the recent inclement weather, we have had to push back the dates of the last 4 matches for the Winter League - the revised dates are:

Match 5 - February 28th

Match 6 - March 14th

Match 7 - March 28th

Final Match - April 11th

Breakfast for your Event
We have been providing weekend snacks since we opened but starting in 2009, on match weekends (or if requested in advance), we will provide a full English breakfast.

The breakfast includes 2 rashers of bacon, 1 sausage, 1 egg, beans or tomato, toast and tea or coffee for just £4.00.
